    Good product at fair price. Have used this seller before to buy same item. This time took a very long time to get the product. Was delivered by Amazon??? Was going to TN. When tracking item it left Illinois and went to GA...had to go thru TN to get to GA. Next went to city just 12 mile from my city. Took more than 24 hours to go 12 miles. I recommend item and seller but not being delivered by Amazon. USPS, UPS, Fedex all would be better, I would use seller again however.

    Great item that enhannces your rain drainage system

    Works perfectly. Emitter, which is at the end of buried rain drainage pipes, opens when it rains, closes when not raining (gravity vs water pressure) One caution, make sure your downspouts have a leaf filter installed. Leaves will clog the emitter otherwise. The up side is if the leaves clog the emitter a hard rain will pop out the emitter and most (but not all) of the leaves will remove themselves. I have my emitters flush to the ground with 2 ft of river rock around it. (With a thin layer of ornamental rock for esthetic purposes.) You can mow right over it and the rock also disperses the drainage evenly - no more rivers down the embankment anymore. Neighbors have commented how nice they look.

    ours lasted a long time in the back yard, 10 years in direct sunlight and harsh freezing cold winters. When I found this this I was happy, it is the exact same thing. What finally did our old one in was the lawn mower.

    Get old style

    Good product opens by water pressure OK does the job well. Some have a spring that CLOSES once done drain empty this will make sure your lawn mower will not clip the top .OK just watch when mowing lawn
