So i'm going to be honest, for the price you're not going to beat it. The plate carrier itself holds the ar500 plates that they sent, has several medium quality pouches that you can upgrade over time on your own. It comes assembled and ready to put on and do work. I would purchase again. My only disappointment is that I chose smaller plates. That's my fault not the seller. Order the larger plates, you wont be disappointed

I have it all set up and have worn it for 12 mile ruck and it was very comfortable. Would highly recommend it. I do have one negative comment…I love the pouches/accessories but they are not true MOLLE and they fit is very bad since the spacing is off, so that was disappointing. Overall though the vest and plates are a win!
