I did my own research based on model which was correct. And it is very clear to see what model number is on the device when you are preparing to send it. He said he sent it out ASAP but the tracking kept showing they were waiting for it at the post office. So he says he made a refund, but I have to wait till I get my credit card statement. It was very prompt and courteous about this.
