It was difficult to find information about the flux in the solder. The flux is 370 (old designation WRAP). The manufacturer claims that it doesn't need to be cleaned off. Soldering happens very quickly, the solder flows excellently, doesn't smell, and shines. It's also easy to solder older components with slightly oxidized contacts (haven't tried heavily oxidized ones). This is the best solder I have ever used.
