Hi - I understand you were frustrated by the response time and again I apologize for the issue. As mentioned before I was dealing with illness with my elderly parents who were out of state. I had to travel back and forth before and after my father's death which left me unable to quickly ship items. I did not understand the packaging comment as this item was never sent to you. The sale was cancelled. If you would please consider removing the negative feedback as it does impact me negatively.
