Received as described, was able to transplant it into my T8 LED tubes. Powered the 4 ft section perfectly fine, biggest difference was that the boards that I removed that were flickering had a hole cut into the board to allow the capacitor to sit lower, these do not, so it was a bit of a squeeze getting them into a T8 tube. Ordered two more to repair the rest of my bulbs.
