Does NOT connect to ANY wifi (2.5, 3, 4, 5G) and is NOT supported by the app. The cord is too long for mounting the monitor across the door from doorbell and way too short to mount the monitor in any room. The doorbell is not on wifi and must connect to monitor via the cord. Monitor and the doorbell are not connected via wifi or anything other than the no good cord. Quality of camera is poor. No battery backup so each time you have to set the date and time and all your preferences. Bad choice!!

1.The intercom system only work with2.4g wifi. 2.Please note the wireless video intercom system does not mean you don’t need wire any cable.The indoor monitor support WIFI network (only connect with 2.4GHZ router band) or RJ45 network cable, but the outdoor doorbell is Wired, it will make the power,the video work stable.3. This is not battery system 4. for the time setting problem, it will only need to be reset when you reboot the system.
