    Part arrived and was not compatible for the repair. It was also missing a piece that was in the pictures posted online. I tried to communicate with the seller for a return and they treated me like a criminal and gave me a runaround for almost a week. Now i have to wait even longer for ebay to get involved. I don't use ebay hardly ever and don't know much of the benefits or best ways to handle things. This seller is definitely not friendly or facilitating either.

We did have communication we have had regular civil conversation over the course of 2 days, not a week. If you are not familar with a particular platform or website then it is incumbent on you to ask questions. When we feel like we are being taken advantage of then eBay will be asked to help.
