    The product was too hard to soften in the palm of the hand I tried every way On mailing the company I was told it had been kept in cold storage and needed bringing up to room temperature I got it to a point where I could churn it with a screwdriver but putting a lump in my hand it wouldn’t soften further in my hand to put on my hair I finally gave up and purchased another product
