Players help three resourceful orphans work together to protect themselves and their family fortune from their greedy uncle, in this action-adventure game based on the 2004 film starring Jim Carrey. As in the movie, as well as the amusingly gloomy children's novels that inspired it, this Lemony Snicket game follows the notably unfortunate exploits of Violet, Klaus, and Sunny Baudelaire. Players will need to make use of each character's particular skills as they make their way through the game's 20-plus missions. In addition, they'll need to invent new tools to help them through certain situations, such as the bad-guy clearing Bopper, the sludge-traversing Stilts, and the rocket-pack Booster. Mission locations include, Count Olaf's Mansion, Uncle Monty's hedge maze, and Aunt Josephine's lakeside shack.

thanks for the chance to write a little something about my purchase. My son (age 10) is a big fan of Lemony Snicket. He has seen the movie (a thousand times since we bought it) and read all but the last two books in the series. He would talk about the movie and the books all the times, so it was only natural to look for the game for his X-BOX. We look in all the game stores we buy games at but were unable to find it. So one day I decided to look on EBAY and see what I could find. And sure enough you had it. What's makes it even more special is at first I was going to buy it and give it to him for X-mas. But we just had gotten his report card and his science grade was not very good so we worked real hard in studing for the next test and he got a "A" on it. A series of fun events.
Wasn't the game I thought it was but that's on my mistake (thought it was gonna be the same as an old PC one they made but this is based off the movie). I really love it and for a game that was made for kids it's super challenging.

This was a fun game. I am an adult and I enjoyed it. I think that children could also play it easily enough and have fun.It basically follows the movie and you switch between being the 3 children. Unlike other games, this one is very helpful in instructing what exactly you need to do, goals, etc. It is challenging in parts and a lot of fun. The only downfall is that Jude Law's voice is not used in narrating.This was a fun game. I am an adult and I enjoyed it. A Different Game
This game is very different than any other game you have played. You create inventions to help you out of stick situations. You get to play all three of the orphans. It's such a good game. The only thing is that it is different from the PC game. I'm surprised that it's different games, it's almost like two different stories.
