Very good product at a very reasonable price.
I mix it in a blend with Hibiscus tea, so it's hard to tell about subtle taste issues, but that being said, it made a great sun tea. I drink mine unsweetened, but those who like a sweetened tea will really like it. My ration is about two parts Gunpowder to one part Hibiscus.

Amazing flavor
The dry tea has a slight smokey note, a slight fresh cut grass smell, and a faint honey aroma. Once brewed it has slight green apple smell to it, a fresh peach flavor with a notes of dry apricots. The tea can be steeped multiple times depending on the amount of loose leaf. Tasty medium body rolled leaf green tea. Good price too by the pound. A fine tea for regular use. Goes well with oriental food. Also with toast and jam for mid morning or mid afternoon uses.Shipped in a plastic bag within a cardboard box. You will need your own storage tin or canister to transfer the tea to.
