    No separate batteries to buy for battery back up - the handset(s) will charge the base unit in the event of a power outage.........Base unit is nicely designed for both size and usage..............now shopping for a smaller version for someone else.............totally recomend

    Wish I had gotten the later up-graded version.

    There were many options that were available, perhaps too many. Would like to see more than 30 "Do Not Call" phone numbers. The more than 250' receiving range is very good.

    Having trouble

    Fairly easy to set up but, when dialing from phone book, keep getting message that call cannotbecompleted as dialed. However, when I punch in the number manually, the call goes through. Have tried inputting the number in phone book different ways but nothing seems to work. Might be a problem with my phone service but why would call go thru when put in manually?
