    My old 880 had a different cup that wouldn't hold the new seal that I got from Daisy. These parts fixed my BB gun like new. I don't remember it ever pumping this solid. My old buffer (which I don't think Daisy sells) was falling apart into crumbles. This kit had one. After I installed everything I was wondering if it was right and emailed Ron like he said to do. He answered back in just a few minutes with the pics I needed to double check. Buy this to make your gun like new again.

    It seemed to get my Daisy Powerline 997 back shooting. There is a good video on youtube for an 880 disassemble and reassemble that is mostly the same as 997. In the package is a little piece of wood that is intended to assist in assembling parts so do not discard it. A little pricey to rebuild, can buy a new 1 for a little more, but now my son gets to have my first rifle as his first rifle.

    Thank you for the positive feedback. My parts kit costs about 1/2 the price of OEM style parts and provides a system that is inexpensively re-sealed in the future (if ever needed.) This kit also has the transfer port seal that is not available anywhere else! Merry Christmas!
