Tuff bars arrived missing some of the instructions and hardware (hex nuts, bolts, washers etc). Clearly the error of the manufacturer as all received items were sealed in factory packaging.
Had several communications with the seller, they were prompt in trying to resolve my problem and reimbursed me for the hardware that I puchased locally to complete the installation.
