Had problem setting this up but the seller gave me some good tips. very good customer service. the RO system looks good and works good. I wish the cord was longer because I have to add an extension cord to connect this RO to an electric outlet which makes my kitchen a little bit messy here...maybe that's something the manufacturer can consider in the future. but overall a good RO system.

Got my items. They are as described. But 4 days late, which is not the fault of the seller. But it is the fault of the shipping company. FedEx, which also through the package on the ground over the gate. When a drop box is provided. I found my water filters lying on the ground in the dust and sand. Luckily nothing was broken. Seller should change their shipping company.
