Worked great. Was easy enough to install. I did have trouble with tightening one of the nuts. Epoxy was smeared on the threads. Had to use a mini file to clean up threads.

The company I bought my Spa from quoted me over $600 for new complete Heater assembly. If your spa is not heating and tripping the breaker chances are you only need an element which is in the $50 and its easy to DIY. This was all it needed. Took me under an hour and I saved over $550. Don't get ripped off by greedy Spa Technicians .
