Be careful when getting on and off!
My only concern with the product is getting on, in position and then getting off when doing certain exercises. Once I get on and in position the work out if great. I am 81 years old and almost 6' 2" tall, I am starting off my exercise routine with the ramp raised only 2 or 3 positions from the bottom and this may have some effect on getting into position. It is hard to hold the handles of the pulleys with the backboard in position and then get on it and lay down and then get back up when done. Also, I cannot lay down with my head resting at the top and have the heel of my feet on the bottom of the board. I make do with holding my head up without support just off the board. Maybe it will get easier as I advance in raising the board to a higher level or it may be worse. We'll have to ... So many variations to get into shape. This is amazing quality that will stand up to anyone’s size. I love that it comes with a CD but there are tons of YouTube videos to fill in. Just a few minutes a day is all it takes. I would recommend the wheel set to make it easier to move to another location with less effort, as it is heavy. Fun and easy to do!
Wish I had purchased this long ago. Doesn't seem like you're working that hard but can already see the difference in the two weeks I've had it. There are so many different exercises to do that you get a full body workout very quickly without feeling like you're doing the same boring ones every day. The results are so fast that its encouraging and easy to stick with.

Great for Toning Muscles at Any Age
Finally got to unpack and start to use this. what an awesome machine! Easy to use and setup and get going. So much information is provided on exercise it was hard to know where to start, but the included Get Stared DVD was very helpful. I have used this three times now and my arms, shoulders and back are getting the workout I wanted. Feeling it in my core and legs also but I think there might be better exercises for my legs than the start up exercises. I'm almost 70 and wanted to keep my muscles tones and strong since I have a small farm and there are always heavy feed bags and hay bales to move. Plus you loose muscle tone as you age so if you don't keep the muscles toned they go weak. Not for me!! My partner will also be using this to strength his arms and legs after having heart ...
