Purchased item for $19.00. Get a message several days later stating refund issued due to problem with shipping. Contacted directly and got told I bought last one in stock at $19 and it got lost in shipping or delivered to wrong address. Item now listed for $33.99 and if I want another one I have to pay the increased price. I have to question this. The honorable and RELIABLE thing to do would be to sell me another one at the original price of $19. But nope

They are poorly designed because the top is to short and kink the rubber to much will let water leak in around the shifter. Rubber is is not flexible
