    Coconut Oil Rocks!

    Coconut oil is at the top of the list for deep fat frying. In addition, it has anti-bacterial properties and is excellent for skin, due to it's ability to absorb into the skin. It is also among the healthiest of oils to cook with. Good product at a good price.
