The "damage" was a decoration that became dislodged during transport or perhaps careless handling by buyer; a simple dab of glue would've "fixed" it. It wasn't as if the purse was dirty, ripped, or inoperable. It was clearly stated that seller does not accept returns, much less free returns. I even compromised by offering buyer refund of his purchase price if he paid for the shipping.
