They mailed the rebuilt motor back to me the same day they received my old reverse motor. Mailed my old one via USPS Priority Mail ($13.65) and they got it in two days. They mailed back the rebuilt motor they same day and I got it two days later. It took me longer to remove & install the motor, than it did to mail it. Both the solenoid and motor are clean and looks new. The motor is painted and sealed, terminals and solenoid look new also. I couldn't tell it was a rebuilt. I've had it in the trike for a couple of weeks now and it runs great. Beats paying HD $1,600 for a new one.

It's brand new and the quality is good, but will see how long it will last. But the Bruch plate was perfect.

I ride a 2015 Harley Tri-Glide and the reverse has out for the majority of the time I've had. I bought it new. Harley in my area wants 750 for a rebuilt one and 1500 for a new one. Thanks to this outfit I was able to fix it myself for under 25. Thanks
