Subwoofer
The sub is a very good buy, unfortunately it doesn’t fit my vehicle because of an electrical module located on the inside upper rear panel wall on the passenger side. The sub would not fit unless modified. On my 2017 the subs circumference lines did not match exactly with the interior well design and with the color being dark gray instead of black made the project a bridge too far. Good box overall
I bought for a 2015 GL63. Once you take the steps to make it fit, it’s solid and sounds fantastic with no rattles. Some things to watch out for. The 10” woofer cannot have a top depth greater than 6.25”. The box is gray carpet and doesn’t match the interior. I’d suggest black carpet. The instructions show you only need to cut the top plastic brace. That’s not entirely true. You need to relocate pull and relocate the aux battery. I also had the reach the bracket with the ring on it. It’s a tight fit, but will pop into place. It’s built well overall and very solid. I used a half inch spacer to fit a JL 10w6 and it sounds great. An Audiofrog 10” woofer is perfect for the box. I bought for a 2015 GL63.
