This is the worst experience ever I have in my online purchases. I will never use eBay again.
Firstly, the item arrived in a poor quality, totally different than the product description.
Secondly, I returned the item immediately and the seller received it one week ago, and I still haven’t received any refund. I contacted the seller and he never replied to me. That’s absolutely unacceptable.
