Shipping packaging was all right some of the paint was scratched off and the head bolts were poking out of the box luckily none of them were stripped everything went on nicely and the ride is much better had two dead struts in the front. So anything's better than that but I've been disappointed with complete struts before being too stiff but these are a decent ride... if you're buying these for a Traverse you have to remove all the plastic cover in the engine and the windshield wipers.
