We asked for the registration number before we sent it, the customers car was a TF so we told them we would send the TF version, When they received it they informed us that the car had MG F suspension (which it should not have had).

Despite paying the £20 postage the seller wanted me to give the my email address to charge me an extra £10 or they won’t send the item for the £20 as advertised on eBay!!!I think advertising standards needs a call about this! Plus your not able to click on anything but positive on the review as it won’t allow you to make any other choice????

Buyer does not mention they were located in the Channel Islands which is a surcharged area which is also stated in the item description on all our listings. Even after explaining all this, we gave them the option to pay the surcharge or cancel the order, they decided to proceed whilst continuing to threatening us with eBay reports and negative feedback. Whilst I understand the frustration, this is a fault with the eBay shipping options not allowing us to add surcharges to applicable postcodes.
