I contacted Radwell if they had a scrap unit and could drop one of the small screws in the mail. or tell me the specifications of the screw and I'd source it myself. They wanted me to start a return claim. That's not all that efficient for anyone time or energy wise... I contacted U.S branch of Cliff Electronic Components. The package has been rerouted to the correct destination."! UPS returned it to the sender! But the seller had great customer service! They sent the package to me via USPS!
