what is the hold up with my reverse motor. this is the 3 time I'm sending a message to you guys. I got no reply.

Requests we ship the item before receiving his old motor which is explained in the listing, then lied and told us he did ship the item on the 25th and asked where is the item we were shipping, then when asked about the tracking number for his old motor he requested we cancel because we were not giving him something for free. then left negative feedback stating we did not communicate with him when we responded to every message. we have 100% good feedback and stand by our products and services

the seller was super fast, provided a tracking number and I received the part sooner that expected . the item was exactly as described and carefully packaged. the seller went above and beyond by including printed out paper work explaining important information on installation of the part and even a you tube link if needed to help assist.
