    Great book but a little musty smelling

    I know the copy of this book years ago and needed a replacement. I love her pesto sauce! She has lots of really great recipes and very very healthy ideas. The book itself was a bit musty and I had to air out was making me sneeze

    Rosie and Oprah in the Kitchen

    I have spent a lot of time going through the book and I must say some of the recipes look awesome. I just have not made any of them thus, far. I need to. There are some special events coming up such as the 4th and I think I will look at some of the recipes to make. I am sure everyone will enjoy them...I know I will. I will add photos of what I make. This book of recipe leans towards those that are changing the way they eat. Eating for health. ]Cutting out the bad and replacing it with the good. No more FRIED FOODS, but still can have the taste of fried chicken. The spice bran muffins...can't wait to make them. And they are healthy. but you do have to watch your portions . This book has so many good and healthy recipes. I would recommend it to anyone that loves flavor but ...
