    Got them fast but the price point should have said it all. Unusable, about a quarter the output of good ones/watt. 17.3 volts @ 600ma. The good ones are 9.7 volts @ 600ma and more than twice the light at that point. I've been doing this for years, didn't know there was such a difference in quality. Advertised: "Forward Voltage: 10W:9.0-12V", just not true.
