After two nights of blissful sleep in March at a Hilton, I talked with a Hilton rep who shared information on their pillows. I thought I was ordering the same but turns out they're not. These fluff up but smash down pretty quickly and must be propped up during the night. Am a bit disappointed since 2 1/2 months passed before I convinced myself to give it "a go." They are better than our former pillows but not the same as the ones we "auditioned"" at the Hilton.
