Delivery was great. Installation was straightforward, using YouTube for help. In order to fit the left side plug, I did have to remove the "flanges" (using a boxcutter) from the back of the left side plug. Perhaps that's because my M&P 9C is from an older 2010 vintage?

Please use a gunsmith for frame plug installation. These plugs should never be trimmed to fit. If you trim the plugs, you installed them incorrectly.
