    good vitamin C

    I mix this Vitamin C powder with buffered Vitamin C powder, 1 1/2 teaspoons each + 2 teaspoons of lime stevita flavored drink mix, and a few cups of water (lukewarm). Mix long enough to dissolve all of the Vitamin C powder, and drink a little after meals, especially sugar. It tastes great, and is a great way to get plenty of Vitamin C every day. Mixing the ascorbic acid with the buffered Vitamin C tones down the acid so it's not so hard on the stomach, easier to tolerate. The lime flavoring makes it kind of like lemonade.

    Quality ?

    Price is good, but it has kind of a harsh taste and does not dissolve as well as compared to the vitamin c from GMOFREE vitamin. It appears as to not be as finely ground as GMOFREE is. Jim. as far as ratings go--It would be between unsatisfactory an OK, time will tell if is Ok?

    Can't live withoout it!

    Ill or not, we need vitamin c daily. I use this to make liposomal vitamin c, and take a mouthful every day. About one gram's worth of the liposomal kind, which reportedly is several more times more potent than the powder. I use 45g vitamin c, 55g sunflower liquid lecithin, and one quart of water in an ultrasonic bath. I get the flu every season, and I always have severe symptoms. This season, I took a whole quart of liposomal vitamin c in three days, or 15 grams a day. I also added some elderberry extract. The flu was totally gone in three days, and the symptoms were milder than ever, I was able to function during this time. A few days later, my wife came down with the flu symptoms. I made the same concoction foe her. She was cured in one day!
