Great customer service and product, poor packaging and marketing (no instructions either). I did manage to salvage the item through a slight redesign onto a platform mount assembly, improving the design and stability. I.E. the generator is mounted to the new base platform onto which the turbine is also mounted, solving the poor mounting design which directly bolts to the turbine manifold.

The shipping was not so great. this is not on the seller. the item was left outside at a neighboring business, IN THE RAIN! The item was delivered after business hours on a Friday night.
