    Works awesome !!

    Since I had my 5.4 3V I’ve changed my tensioners twice and even after the initial start I would still get the notorious chain rattle, these mechanical tensioners are absolutely quiet and have never gotten chain rattle even on the first start after installing them, definite, upgrade. Not sure what the metal plates are for, didn’t use them
