    Caramel moves at the speed of paint drying. There is no way to "go back" in the process. Despite numerous discussions with reps where I told them I no longer wanted/needed financing the process continued to be held up for financing. Finally went around them at the end to purchase directly from selling agent. Shouldn't be this hard! Hope it improves. Selling agent will no longer allow Caramel.

    We disclosed all condition information on vehicle in sale. Customer bought knowing of a convertible top cylinder leaking. Had us fix prior to picking vehicle up, after one cylinder was fixed others started leaking requiring more time to complete. We worked with customer and we paid for a portion of the repair to be completed properly. We stand behind our products and commitments.
