Positive, I guess. Contactors should have been 110VAC control voltage. They WERE. However, the printed control voltage on the faceplate was 24VDC and there was a sticker applied over it stating 110VAC control voltage. So I'm guessing the faceplate was replaced. Overall cost was much cheaper than getting new elsewhere so I'll live with it. But replacing a part, even if it's just the faceplate, doesn't mean the part, as was stated in the listing, is 'new' and that should have been mentioned.
