    Heatshik & fan combo worked great

    The HP replacement part was an exact replacement for the one on an HP Pavilion i5 desktop computer. The old unit would spin up on turn-on, but not run when the CPU actually heated up. The replacement unit arrived quickly, well packaged, and fit perfectly, including the 4 pin connector to the motherboard. The computer is back from it's blue-screen-of-death days and works perfectly. Very good seller and great eBay auction. '

    It Does The Job

    I bought this heat sink to fix a noisy fan problem. This product works great, however, the noise was actually caused by the fan on the graphics card. So I fixed the problem with a different product.

    It's a CPU fan and it works

    Not much you can say about CPU fans. They either work or the don't. I guess you could add whether they're quiet or noisy but that's about it. This fan is quiet and was easy to install.

    Fixed my issue

    Had a CPU fan error message on boot up. Bought this new fan. Comes with the heaksync paste on the bottom that will come in contact with the CPU. Installed it and my error message went away.
