    My purchase and next day collection of this Used Sky+ HD box were easy - that was the 'Positive' aspect. I bought it to replace an existing Sky+ SD box on account of the forthcoming upgrade by the BBC, while I have another TV in the house which has had Sky+HD for many years. Now for the 'Negative' aspect of my purchase: this replacement HD box is proving to be very unsatisfactory in operation.
