    Supplier communications and speed of transaction very good. I did not like UPS shipping however as their tracking process is poor and never up to date. USPS is great. Amazon is the best. I also did not like the way the tires were twisted to make a smaller shipping package. Only with maximum tire pressure did the fold marks 'pop' out. Unnecessary stress from severe folding on tire. I would rather have payed more to have tires shipped in free state.

    Best tire, once installed.

    Replaced same brand and type on used bike which had delaminated. Couldn't find any tire with better specs. The old one could have been over a decade old. New one works just great. I had a devil of a time getting the old one off, and even worse time getting the new one on. Ended up walking two large screwdrivers to stretch the last section of bead over the rim. I hope I never have to fix this out on the road.

    The "high pressure / low rolling resistance" option.

    This is a "High Pressure" tire, which gives much lower rolling resistance compared to other tires the same size. Important if you're doing long distances.

    It's been a few years since I ordered this tire but it held up well. Lately I have not been able to get a new one, nobody has them? So I finally found a couple of Victoria randonneur tech tires 20 x 1.5's
