Overall, good item. Buyer take note: hardware on this item is metric. Your OEM hardware will NOT work. There is no new (metric) hardware included. You will need to figure that out. Also, the main fuel/air adjustment screw was out 3 full turns on this carb. One full turn out from seated position was perfect. You may need to adjust your carb accordingly. Shipping was fast. Price was good. Overall good experience.

    Appears to be a good after-market carb

    Easier to replace, and perhaps even cheaper than having old carb dismantled and cleaned. A new carb also eliminates loose throttle and choke shafts which are sometimes a problem with very worn carburetors. And there is no chance some tiny passageway is clogged/gummed/varnished. I consider this a good deal.

    worked great with adjustments

    leaked like a siv from emulsion tube, none of the adjustment screws were even close for startup, choke lever was flimsy and bends way too easy, everything was threaded metric

    The price is right, But I have not tryed it out yet, will put on when weather gets better.

    well the rebuild kit is almost the new Carb. price so it a better deal to get a new Carb, not a kit and then buy the cleaner and do a rebuild.

    Missing gasket. Had to purchase gasket material from local auto store at a cost of $ 6.00 to make a gasket which was not easy to make.

    Couldn't be more satisfied

    I'm very satisfied with this item - shipped in a reasonable time, fit perfectly, and after some initial tuning of air and fuel jets my generator now starts on first (warm) or second (cold) pull. It runs better than I even hoped it would. This carb is a tremendous value for the price.
