Tight fit but it will probably last longer
I had to take the bend out of one of the contacts but then the battery fit tightly in my Simpson 269 series 3 and I anticipate much longer life from the lithium cells.

Too Big
It is oversize from an original 412A. It was too big to fit in my voltmeter. As a battery, it works fine, but make sure there is room for it in your application.
