Seller combined shipping but forgot to include this item in the package. Now is making me go through the whole ten day process to receive a refund, I will have to ask eBay to intervene. Sent me lots of messages telling me I should do this and that” endless waste of time and money and all because of an $8 item he did not ship. Having read other negative feedback for this seller I realized I’d be inviting insults and bs excuses from seller as a reply. So go ahead seller, insult away.

I guess being able to count to 12 is not a prerequisite for this seller. I'll give them credit they do respond to questions quickly, but how they resolve an issue with common sense is a completely other story. Rather than spend $0.80 cents for a stamp and throw one friggin screw in an envelope, they would rather me start a return and go through a two week process of "hopefully" then sending me a package of 12 instead of 11 screws.... pretty darn lame.
