    Great Silverstone quality but would have preferred internal USB connection

    I used this to replace the USB 2.0 multi-card reader that originally came with my Silverstone slim desktop case. I no longer needed all those different format card slots (who uses anything other than (micro) SD these days?), and I wanted front USB 3.0 sockets and room for another 3.5" SSD drive (or two). This item matched my Silverstone case perfectly. My only complaint is the cables. They are quite long and end in two normal USB 3.0 plugs. The instructions indicate to pass them through a slot in the rear of your case (a slot cover with 2 suitable holes is provided in the box) and plug them into sockets at the rear of your case. I would have preferred shorter cables with a USB 3 20-pin motherboard header plug for internal connection. So I purchased an adapter with the 20-pin motherboard ...
