Seller repeatedly told me that was just my opinion. It was shipped in a used box with a “flammable” symbol printed on it and multiple labels indicating hand sanitizer was being shipped, therefore was unable to return in the box I received it on. Seller told me that the package was insured and I would have to get it resolved through the USPS. The post office accepted the package in a box that did not have any weird labels. Not sure what they are talking about as my post office accepted this box with no problems. The item was shipped with protective bubble wrap. The only way it could have been damaged is if the postal workers dropped it on its corner. It appears that this buyer applied for the refund from USPS and through eBay. Got paid twice. They threatened me with negative feedback if I didn't give refund. I did.
