The HS-U447 Hi-Fi VCR has the industry's fastest rewind and fast-forward times. Thanks to high-powerful tape mechanism, this VCR can move a T-120 tape at 500 times its EP mode play speed, from end to end in about 43 seconds! And it does it so quietly it's virtually inaudible. The HS-U447 features an auto clock set, precision gap heads for improved resolution and 7-step Shuttle that provides precise tape speed control similar to that of a jog dial. PerfecTape Select analyzes the videocassette tape and makes fine adjustments for improved recordings and playback. It also allows the customer to preprogram the VCR for a desired level of picture sharpness. Commercial skip engages the forward search mode in up to six increments of 30 seconds.
