    The book was a new title. Described as brand new. Came with severe spine ticks and broken color areas on the front and back (see below). Tried to make contact to inform the seller; they do not accept returns, which is a legitimate business choice. Thought they might have better customer service and at least aplogize. However, they completely dismissed my concerns by repeating it had been in a "longbox" and was brand new. Just being in a long box guarantees nothing. No more ordering from here.
