    The raincoat arrived quickly. It was as pretty as I had hoped . My only issue with the packaging is it was in a soft mailer envelope. The raincoat inside wasn't confined in Packaging and I could not simply tear the end of the envelope off so had to use scissors to cut the tiniest edge off to open the envelope. I was afraid I was going to cut into the fabric of the raincoat because it had filled the whole inside of the envelope. I think the actual raincoat should have been confined in some wrap.
