    The seller cancelled the transaction because they couldn't "find a shipping option that will cost less than what you paid for the item...If you are still interested in it, I can re-list it but I would need to add $10 for shipping." It is unacceptable to me that they didn't research shipping costs prior to listing the item as free shipping. This is particularly frustrating because I passed up a similar shade during Amazon Prime Days and now that sale price is over, so I can't get it either.

    The buyer unfortunately lived in an area which has an unusually high shipping cost for all carriers (USPS, FedEx, UPS). In all of my years of selling on eBay I have never encountered a continental-US location that costs more than twice as much to ship to compared to a nearby urban location. I offered the buyer to purchase the item at a price which would allow me to break even on the transaction, which she refused.
