      Multiple wrong tracking numbers sent. Wrong figure sent, and item was poorly packaged so the box arrived crushed. Since it was to be a gift, I couldn’t give a wrong figure in a crushed box, so I asked to return. Seller approved return, but the process to return the item has been long and difficult, with a lot of back and forth, the seller asking repeatedly for the same pictures, and long delays in between replies. I had to get Ebay involved to return the item and get refunded within the window
