    My 2 monitors work as advertised. Although they were open-box, both appear like new. The only issue was the seller’s limit of 1 purchase per 10-day period. I wanted 2 monitors for a new home office, so I had to contact the seller and get permission to order the 2nd monitor.     Shipping was very quick with it coming just around eBay's estimation but a little bit earlier. Packaging was done with bubble wrap and paper all around the cooler. Small items like screws were also packaged well in small boxes to prevent them from being lost in the process of shipping. Description matches it exactly. I would have believed it was new and not refurbished - excellent. Value was perfect with it being around the price of new but with a small discount.

    This knife is in excellent condition

    I am quite pleased with the quality and condition of this Cutco knife. The blade has a few scratches but it is sold as pre-owned and is in great condition. Very sharp and easy to handle. Knives of this caliber and brand do sell for considerably more when new. This could be considered as good as new.

    Excellent Knife

    My sister has a set of cutco knives and finally I got some one at a time. I used this knife for my thanksgiving turkey and it was carved in about 5 minutes and looke3d perfect. It is extremely sharp and I don't know how I got along without it but sure am glad to have if you are on the fence about buying this knife, just buy it and enjoy it for years to come. You just can't beat the quality.

    Cutco butcher knife

    Awesome knife!! Have used it a few times but I am still learning how to use it. We have several Cutco kitchen knives, and all are excellent. My wife bought our first Cutco set over 20 years ago, they have all been factory sharpened several times. Cutco is the best.
